Super excited about this write up from RollingOut.com! They’ll be covering WERKPraySlay this weekend so be sure to stay tuned for their recap!
Empowered by the success of her inaugural conference and book release Werk 101, a year ago, Koereyelle DuBose returns with Werk, Pray, Slay weekend.
After encouraging herself and other women to become better women and wives, DuBose founded and further developed The Single Wives Club and The Wives Society.
The Single Wives Club is an education and empowerment organization that inspires single ladies to become better women before becoming wives. DuBose founded the Single Wives Club after leaving a relationship that she felt would ruin her life, in order to develop herself into a better woman for marriage.
We had a chance to speak with DuBose about the weekend business conference.
For those that haven’t heard of your popular book, Werk 101, who is Koereyelle?
I’m an author, speaker, serial entrepreneur, and a woman who believes in enhancing and educating yourself always.
Last year you put on the Werk, Pray, Slay conference, what influenced you this year?
Last year was a great success, and I launched my popular book, Werk101, and this year I’ll be releasing my sophomore book Confessions of a Werkaholic. We’ll also be having the Be Your Own Boss Conference with keynote speakers Bershan Shaw, Chef Ahki, Jalesa Harrison, and myself. WERKPraySlay was created to be an enlightening, engaging, and educational weekend for women. Our goal has always been to empower women to recognize their role in our world and prepare to embrace their role in our community. It’s all about developing ourselves so we can develop our children.
